Shipping & Returns
We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders. No extra costs will be added at checkout for standard shipping!
Our standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, with an additional 1-2 days for processing due to the high demand for our trending products.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your parcel and check the estimated delivery date.
If you're not available when your delivery arrives, the courier will either leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule or direct you to a local collection point where you can pick up your parcel.
If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team at support@veloracouture.uk. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day return window on all items. Simply ensure that the products are in their original condition, with tags still attached, and follow the return process outlined on our returns page.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is completed. It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Some items, for hygiene reasons, may not be eligible for returns. Please see our returns policy for more details.
Once we receive your returned items, processing can take up to 7 working days. After your return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
